Frequently Asked Questions

How many people are there per live class?

You can take this course as part of a group or as a 1-1 lesson. I separate classes into small groups. There are a maximum of 6 people in each group so that I can give everyone plenty of conversation opportunities.

How do I sign up?

• Self-study+feedback (I will email you to provide feedback about your answers in the online course)
• Live group classes (meet weekly in Zoom and practise speaking with others)
• Live group intensive over one week (Intensive week of morning classes in Zoom)

Once you have decided which option you want you can sign up here and now. You will be able to dive in straight away. You will also receive an email with your login information.

What if I can't start for a while?

You will still have access to all of the online course content for at least a year.

How do I join the app to talk with other students?

You will be provided with the details within the course. At the end of lessons you will be given a challenge to complete within the app.

How long will it take to get through the course content?

The course is made up of short videos most are no more than 4 minutes in duration. You can watch the videos, answer the quizzes and complete the challenges very quickly. If you were to binge watch you could get through the course within a couple of days.

What should I prepare before starting?

Everything you need is contained within the online course. However, if you like to take notes by hand you should have a pen and paper (or tablet and stylus) handy.

How old do I need to be to do the course?

There are no age restrictions although has been created with adults in mind.

Can I get a refund?

I put a lot of time and energy into my courses but I know they cannot be perfect for everyone. If you complete the entire online course and do not enjoy or learn from the experience, let me know and I will issue you with a full refund of the amount that you paid.
